As we have said in the past, we don't, as a rule, send numerous e-mail messages about on going political events.   We're sure you get enough of these already.  Nevertheless, part of our job is to educate as much as we can about issues that affect property rights of landowners, as our name applies.  It turns out that just about every issue we face today has an effect on property rights and without property rights, no other rights are possible.

To that end, two videos came across our e-mail today, that we believe as many of you as possible should view and pass on.  Each video is alarming in its own way.  One video is from Lou Dobbs of CNN on the current Amnesty Bill proceeding through congress at this time.  It is worse than all previous amnesty bills and has the liberal's stamp all over it.  They want these illegals to get legal status (amnesty) immediately, because they know they will have created millions of liberal votes to maintain their power over America, permanently.  You will not believe the provisions in this bill and again, we must oppose it on a grand scale.  If it is passed, the magnet to attract illegals to come here in the first place will  increase by many times.  The flood will be unstoppable and the producers of America will get to pay for it.

The second video is by Gary Fanchi, managing Editor of the Republic Magazine and Restore The Republic Website.  In this video he warns us of a bill to establish "emergency centers" (or detention camps depending on the "emergency") on six military bases around the country with a $360,000,000,000 (that's right, billion) price tag.   (Where will they get the money?)  He then warns us of attempts by 18 states to pass legislation requiring that all ammunition of any kind and nature, be coded, and that every purchase of ammunition will be recorded in a national data base.  The government doesn't have to take our guns away, or even register them.  All they have to do is to take the ammunition away, or register every purchase of ammunition.  Mr. Fanchi strongly suggests we contact congress and our individual state legislatures to oppose this legislation.

In keeping with what we are showing here, we have attached our most current article entitled: "American Sovereignty in Grave Peril".  Some of you may have already received this article in a previous e-mail and we apologize for doubling up.

In any event, we encourage you to pass these videos and the article on to others on your list, if you deem it appropriate.

"American Sovereignty in Grave Peril"

The danger signs are everywhere.  American sovereignty is eroding right before our very eyes.  This weekend the World Economic Forum (WEF) is holding a summit meeting in Davos, Switzerland and already there has been much gnashing of teeth over the world financial meltdown, finger pointing as to who or what was the cause and a whole bunch of talk on what to do about it.  From the WEF website:  "Four leaders of G20 governments agreed that global cooperation, not a retreat from globalization, is the approach for solving the current economic crisis.  British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, President Felipe Calderon of Mexico, South African Prime Minister Kgalema Motlanthe and Han Seung-Soo, Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, called for coordinated action on a number of fronts, including fiscal and monetary policy measures to stabilize the global financial system."

Then of course Al Gore was pontificating again about fully debunked man-caused global warming.  From the WEF website: "With the international community under pressure to deliver a successor to the Kyoto Protocol, the ‘Road to Copenhagen’ initiative is now more vital than ever.  Panelists emphasized the importance of delivering an agreement that has the full support of policy-makers and industry leaders from both industrialized and developing economies.  Al Gore, Vice-President of the United States of America (1993-2001), said '..... what is most important is that this year is not wasted.  We are running out of time.'"

NOTE:  In spite of the overwhelming evidence that man is not the cause of global warming, world bodies continue to move forward on solutions, now with a different name, "The Road to Copenhagen" initiative.  Their solutions will be extremely harmful to our Constitution, our economy, our national security and our sovereignty.  We keep asking, why is there such a push to solve a crisis that has been proven to not be a crisis at all?  The conclusion: with global warming initiatives to limit CO2 emissions and cap and trade policies that feed more dollars to government, governments can move rapidly to control all land, water, food and energy to "solve" the "crisis".  If world governments control these four vital elements of life, they will control the entire world population.  Some in the world may not care.  However, many Americans do.

German's Chancellor, Angela Merkel, got in her two cents worth at the Forum:   She said:  "The central task of politicians now is to restore the ability of markets to function, thereby creating a new trust, on a sounder footing." She pointed to the need to address global challenges with global efforts and called for a new set of rules and overhaul for the global financial architecture. She also called for the adoption of a post-crisis charter for a global economic order[our emphasis]

If you don't think that these folks are moving towards a one-world-government, with national boundaries and sovereignty being blurred or eliminated, you aren't paying attention to the evidence.  If you don't think that the money changers, Europeans and the United Nations cabal aren't looking to seriously tap America's wealth, resources and dismantle its sovereignty, you haven't got the picture yet.  There are also several other world entities engaged in the process: The Trilateral Commission, The Bildeberg Group, The Council on Foreign Relations, etc.  Most of Obama's cabinet are members of one or more of these organizations, as were most of Bush's and Clinton's cabinets.

Now let's take a look at what has been, and is now happening in America.  Socialism and radical environmentalism are dismantling our individual rights under our constitution.  Radical environmentalism is a product of the United Nations Agenda 21 policies, adopted by the United States government without a treaty being debated and ratified.  Words like "social equity", "smart growth", "sustainable development", "biospheres", "wildland projects", "conservation easements", "endangered species", "invasive species" and "critical wetlands", etc., have been incorporated into comprehensive plans in almost every state, county, city and hamlet in America.  Environmental protection regulations have become such a part of the fabric of rules and ordinances, that constitutionally protected property rights have been blurred beyond recognition.  What is even worse, these regulations fall disproportionately on the rural landowners of America.  So much for equal protection under the law.

We find it curious, if not alarming, that the American government is doing everything in its power to cripple the American economy, businesses and individuals, by inhibiting or prohibiting oil, natural gas and coal exploration, oil, coal and natural gas use, constructing nuclear, hydro, natural gas and coal-fired power plants and oil refineries, while the Russians are increasing their efforts to not only find additional oil and natural gas sources, but gobbling up lands in which new sources are known to exist. Not only is this policy by our government to be fool hardy and expensive, it threatens our economy and endangers our national security and sovereignty.  It is possible to conclude that the American government is colluding with international entities, and/or the United Nations, to render America impotent and vulnerable to economic or military destruction.  It that is true, it could be construed no other way than treason.

Creeping socialism since FDR, has now become rapidly advancing socialism.  With President Obama and a majority Democrat Congress, strong elements of abject socialism will become institutionalized and there isn't one damn thing the Republicans can do about it.  Stimulus packages, purportedly to save us from an unprecedented financial crisis, real or imagined, have but one agenda: growing government and buying off more Americans with "goodies" from the public treasury, so that the recipients of the "goodies" will continue to vote for liberal politicians.   It's an old dodge that has worked very well for them.

Now comes Bush's Security and Prosperity Partnership (North American Union) between the U. S., Canada and Mexico.  This partnership can have no other purpose than to tear asunder America's sovereignty.

A country that emasculates itself on the alter of socialism and radical environmentalism, does so at its own peril.  Politicians who are willing accomplices in that emasculation, are guilty of treason by providing aid and comfort to our enemies.  There should be very severe penalties for such egregious crimes, but unfortunately American liberal politicians continue on their merry way without a care.  After all, they have bought off and brainwashed sufficient naive, uneducated and ignorant Americans to vote for them and keep them in power.   Further, our system of government has become so corrupt that it is now run almost completely by lobbyists for corporations, unions, socialists, environmentalist and national and international money changers.

As you can see, American sovereignty is in grave peril.  A free and sovereign America now rests in the hands of those brave Americans who have the courage to challenge the corrupt system, use all legal means to dismantle it and return this once-great nation to the vision of the Founding Fathers, free individuals under a Constitutional Republic.  The battle will not be won easily.
